Donna Lawrence

Fundraising Chair

Donna Lawrence is a retired executive and life coach who focuses her time on improving lives through volunteer efforts. Through her coaching/consulting business, Success Redesign, Donna assisted hundreds of individuals in redesigning their lives for increased success and worked with numerous business and nonprofit teams to improve communication and emotional intelligence skills.

Donna has more than 35 years of business experience that includes nonprofit management and fundraising, public relations/marketing, and small business ownership. Her expertise in the nonprofit sector was gained through her work as a management consultant, board member, executive director of two nonprofits, and founder/co-founder of four nonprofits.  Donna received her BS in Communications and MS in Marriage & Family Counseling from Oklahoma State. She also holds a National Certification in Public Relations.  

As a passionate advocate for improving the lives of women, Donna co-founded and is past board chair of the Oklahoma Women’s Coalition.  She has been an active Board member for many nonprofits in Oklahoma, including Leadership Oklahoma, Downtown Rotary Club, and The Foundation for Oklahoma City Public Schools. Donna served as the Co-Chair of the Greater OKC United Way Campaign, the Heart Ball, Leadership Oklahoma Gala, and on the Executive Committees of several fundraisers, including Go Red for Women, Juliette Low Leadership Luncheon, and INTEGRIS Gala.  

She has been recognized by the Oklahoma Women’s Coalition with its Pioneer Woman award and honored as one of the Oklahoma Hospitality Club’s Ladies in the News.   Donna and her husband, Bruce Lawrence, have four children and three grandchildren and are members of Crossings Community Church in Oklahoma City.
